Refund & Cancellation
At Namas Industries Private Limited, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, we understand that there may be situations where a customer may need to request a refund or cancel an online service.

1.2 If the online service has not yet been provided, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.
1.3 If the online service has already been provided, it will be treated as a request for a refund and the refund policy will apply.

2.4 We do not offer refunds for digital products or services.
2.5 We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it is determined that the online service was fully provided and met the agreed upon specifications.
